Job Description
Datasoft Technologies is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong experience in organic marketing, SEO, SMO, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening our digital presence, driving high-quality inbound leads, and improving brand visibility across search engines and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute organic digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and leads
Manage SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO) to improve keyword rankings and website visibility
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
Create and optimize content for blogs, landing pages, and website pages
Handle Social Media Optimization (SMO) across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X
Drive organic lead generation through content marketing, SEO funnels, and social channels
Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing campaigns
Stay updated with latest SEO algorithms, digital marketing trends, and best practices

Requirements & Qualifications
Required Skills & Expertise
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (Organic Focus)
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
Experience in content marketing and lead generation strategies
Working knowledge of SMO and brand engagement techniques
Understanding of website CMS (WordPress preferred)
Basic knowledge of HTML, meta tags, schema, and page optimization
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
Experience in IT services, software, or AI domain
Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools
Exposure to paid ads (Google Ads / Meta Ads) is a plus
Experience in B2B lead generation
